PUBG Competitive mode is finally here. Find all the information you need to know about this long-awaited mode below. More than three years after the release of PUBG, the Competitive mode, also called Ranked, made its arrival in the battle royale via the 7.2 update. This aims to offer, normally, more balanced games since the players who will compete on the battlefield will have, more or less, the same level. For this new competitive game, several usual rules have been modified, which we have returned to, so that you don't get lost.
First of all, before going further in the operation of this mode, know that as in any good competitive game, ranks are given to the players. Ranging from Bronze to Master through Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, the latter are divided into five levels from I to V. The goal will therefore be to reach the highest rank, but this will not be an easy task.
As you can imagine, you will have to perform to reach Master rank and be among the best. For this, you will need to accumulate as much RP as possible, which can be earned in the following ways:
Elimination
Support
Placement final
It will therefore be necessary to know how to take risks, but also to temporize when necessary, so as not to be eliminated prematurely from the game and lose RP. At the end of each game, a new window will open to summarize your performance, as well as the gains or losses of RP.
Games will only take place on Erangel, Miramar and Sanhok, in FPP, TPP Squads.
The loot spawn rate is increased.
The red zone is deactivated.
The Motorglider will not appear on the map.
Blue zone timing has been adjusted to speed up gameplay.
Bots are not available.
Some changes may be made based on player feedback. Given players' disappointment with the lack of solo or duo ranked, these modes are likely to arrive soon. This article will therefore be updated as needed.
