Combat Tactique is a game developed by Riot Games and based on the mechanics of Dota Auto Chess. In parts that last between 27 and 35 minutes on average, eight players will compete to be the last survivor. Each of them will build his team by buying different champions, and having them fight for him against the opposing teams.

On a board made up of 48 squares, divided into 6 rows and 8 columns, each player will have to position their champions in order to make the most of their attributes. In addition, each champion has two characteristics that define him: his origin and class. The more champions you have of the same origin or the same class, the more they will have interesting bonuses. They also each have their own statistics, such as their Attack or their Armor, as well asan ultimate fate. This launches automatically once their mana gauge is full, and they charge it by dealing and taking damage. As in Dota Auto Chess, it is possible to merge several champions into an evolved, more powerful version. For example, if I have 3 Yasuo in my team, I can turn them into a level 2 Yasuo. With 3 Yasuo level 2, I get a Yasuo rank 3, which is the strongest version.
Each champion can be equipped with different objects, which increase certain stats. If there are 9 basic objects, each of them can be combined with another (or with itself) to form a complete object, more powerful and with an additional effect.
Before each fight, you have a few seconds to buy new champions, choose those who make up your army, position them and equip their items. Then, your team faces that of another player, represented by a little legend. Your champions fight automatically without you being able to control them, and the winning team deals damage to the opposing little legend. The more champions she has left alive, the more damage she deals. Each Little Legend starts with 100 HP, and the player loses when it reaches 0.
Like Champions, Little Legends can evolve.
In addition to his HP, a player's Little Legend also hasa level ranging from 1 to 9. This level corresponds to the number of units she can have in her army. At the end of each fight, each player receives experience and gold, to level up and buy new champions. Then the cycle continues, until only one player remains alive.
