You are stuck on the change screen : You probably lost your internet connection in the login process. In this case, close the game and restart it. If that doesn't work, you can uninstall and reinstall the game.

Your launcher does not launch : Restart your computer and if the problem persists, reinstall the game.
If your problem is not listed, you can submit a ticket to TFT Technical Team Support (source).
