One of the best comps in TFT since it works on the very strong Predator base in the early game, the Predator/Berzerker/Poison (and Glacial) comp against the various Mage comps particularly well.

The Predator / Berzerker / Poison composition
Kog'Maw (1) | Warwick (1) | Skarner (2) | Volibear (2) | Dr. Mundo (3) | Olaf (4) | Ezreal (3) | Singed (5) |
Alchemist (1) |
The unit is always moving and ignores collisions. |
Poison (3) |
Poison units apply a neurotoxin when they damage a target, increasing the mana cost of their ultimate by 50%. |
Glacial (4) |
Glacial champions have a 35% chance to stun their target for 1,5 seconds when attacking. |
Predator (3) |
When dealing damage to an opponent with less than 25% sees HP, Predators execute it instantly. |
Berzerker (3) |
Innate: Berzerkers jump to the nearest enemy at the start of combat. Berzerker attacks have a 40% chance to cleave their target, dealing 100% area damage to cone units. |
This composition is mainly based on Olaf as a carry, able to fight multiple opponents at once and regularly stun them. It also works on the basis of Predators, and in particular Kog'Maw when he is level 3.
Preferred items
Ouragan de Runaan | red buff | giant slayer | Guardian angel |
Kog'Maw (level 3) will often be the main carry of this composition, and will be equipped with items to boost his auto attacks: theOuragan de Runaan allows him to hit several opponents at the same time (and kill them with the bonus Predator), while the red buff and giant slayer will apply additional damage.
In second carry, this composition relies heavily on Olaf and its objects. He benefits enormously from the Guardian Angel, which allows him to come back to life under ultimate (if he launched it before dying), and to no longer be the target which gives him time to regenerate. The Guinsoo's Raging Blade will help him to attack quickly, and the third object is free: dragon claw, Gantelet givrant, sword breaker...
Generally, Olaf will always want 2 offensive items and 1 defensive item. Offensive objects can be the Thirst for blood Guinsoo's Raging Blade, sword breaker or hand of justice for example, while defensive objects will be theGuardian angel, ghost dancer dragon claw or Gantelet givrant.
If you get singed level 2, objects like the morellonomicon and frozen heart will go great on him, the former allowing him to apply burn and anti-heal to everyone, the latter slowing the attack speed of many enemies. A third defensive object (Guardian angel ou Warmog, living armor) will suit him very well.
Start of the game and progress
The start of the game can go two different ways. Either way, you'll want to start the game with Predators (Warwick, Rek'Sai, Kog'Maw et Skarner), but you can decide whether or not to apply a hyper roll strategy.
This strategy consists of saving your gold until the Krugs, then rolling in a loop in order to find your Predators at level 3. It is to be preferred if you see that you are not more than two players trying to obtain these champions. Otherwise, you can play in a more standard way, and level up quickly to find Olaf.

Once your 3 or 4 Predators unlocked, you can start adding Berzerkers. It is interesting to use a champion like renekton ou Jax to hold objectsOlaf time to find it. Your main objective is to quickly level up to level 7 or 8 in order to buy Singed and Olaf level 2.
Finally, add Dr. World et volibear, then a third Poison (if possible singed, if not Twitch) and a last Glacial to complete the composition.
Positioning and options at the end of the game
The Berzerkers instantly jump into melee to the nearest target, which is why they can be positioned anywhere. However, since they serve as carry (in particular Olaf), it is sometimes interesting not to put them in the front line, which will allow them not to be instantly targeted by opponents. This positioning can be modified according to the Elementary boxes.
At the end of the game, it is possible to separate from Predators (especially if you don't have hyper roll and they aren't level 3) to try to reach 6 Freezing, Including Lux Glacial. If you have objects for it may also be worth replacing Kog'Maw by Twitch.
What about Luxury, another interesting origin is Lightning: if you get it, and you have for example volibear level 3, add Ornn ou Zed instead ofEzreal or Brew for the bonus 4 Lightning, which is extremely powerful if you equip your Zed.
Finally, if you are unable to find your BerzerkersIncluding Olaf, it may be interesting to rotate this composition towards Prowlers, with Twitch et Ashe. If you have Skarner level 3, it can become very tanky with the bonus Glass of Ashe and objects like the thorny coat and Warmog.
