The composition Reroll Lissandra and Zac with Techno-Chemist (Chemtech)
If you find several Lisandra at the start of the game, you can make it your main carry. With a strategy of slow roll at level 7, you can pass it 3 stars, allowing him to inflict very good magic damage, also offering controls and a form of defense via his invulnerability in order to annihilate the opposing team. Zac is also a relevant secondary carry, allowing you to absorb enemy damage to leave the field open to Lissandra.
If the box Star is interesting to put Lissandra there (in second, third or fourth line), you can play Seraphine et taric to boost its mana generation and damage. Otherwise, you can go find Viktor in additional carry and add singed in order to benefit from the 5 Tecnho-chemist buff.

Lisandra : Lissandra often goes second or third line. Having a medium attack range, avoid putting it in the corners of the last line, it could get stuck behind your characters or get caught by a Blitzcrank. If you play with Celebrities (Socialite), first check if the box can benefit Lissandra. In this case you want it to be on the second or third line on one end of the board, or on the back line.
Frontline : Usually place them in front of the enemy frontline, so that Zac is focused, allowing him to use his spell faster while holding back enemy champions.
The other characters : If there are assassins, remember to surround your Lissandra with your other characters so that she is not targeted at the start of the round. Pay attention to the presence of opposing Blitzcranks who could harm your carry, don't hesitate to put one of your characters in a corner so that Blitzcrank attracts him and not Lissandra.
yummi : It is often interesting to put Yuumi next to your frontline so that she gives him an additional shield.
