The Reroll composition Samira and Talon with Imperial and Challenger
If the game offers you a Hextech Augment that boosts the Imperial trait, or if you quickly find several Samira, you can consider this composition. Samira can deliver massive single-target and area-of-effect physical damage once she reaches 3 stars with a slow roll strategy, while Heel et Swain can be relevant secondary carries.
The most effective way to boost your Samira's DPS is to play 6 challengers, but it's also possible to play more utility champions instead, allowing you to have more powerful units in the late game. champions like yummi ou 3 stars are for example to be considered.
Unfolding and passages of levels
Since this is a comp where you want 3-star champions, the important thing is to prioritize your economy in the early game, get to a certain level, and “ slow roll , i.e. roll your excess gold above 50 gold every round.
Here are the rounds in which you want to level up. Those marked with a * are preferred if you can be on a winning streak.
4 level : Round 2-3 (or 2-1*)
5 level : Round 3-2 (or 2-5*)
6 level : Round 3-2 (or 3-1*)
7 level : Round 4-1 (or 3-5*)
To Samira, you want slow roll at level 7. If you see that you already have a lot of Swain and Heel, You can start slow rolling at level 6 time to get them 3 stars, then level up to 7 and continue rolling for the remaining Samiras.
Once you have your 3-star champions, you should try to level up to get powerful late-game champions and complete your comp.

Other Interesting Items
Iron Solari Medallion : This item is almost as important as Samira's items, since it allows you to compensate for the lack of tankiness in your composition. You can make two or three copies and put them on Swain 3 stars or any of your other melee champions.
Defensive items for Swain : In the absence of Medallion of the Iron Solari, if you have Swain 3 stars you can just give him standard defensive items.
Utility objects : Feel free to make utility items like the Zephyr or Shroud of Calming to slow opponents down.
Best Hextech Augments
Always try to choose a Hextech Augmentation based on what you need : generally at the beginning of the game it is appropriate to take a generic Augment since you do not yet know what you are going to play, and then you should try to reinforce the strengths of your composition.

- Hextech Augment TFT, what is the list of Set 6 Augments?
All For One : Arguably the best hextech augment for this comp, the heal on your Tyrant helps a lot.
Dual rule : This increase is very powerful if you have a Talon 3 well equipped so that it also benefits from the damage bonus.
En garde : Disarming Challengers gives you valuable DPS seconds.
Thrill of the Hunt / Celestial Blessing : With an increase that allows you to heal yourself, you can do without a healing item for Samira.
Golden ticket / Trade Sector / High Roller : Raises that help you roll are always welcome.
obviously a lot of Hextech Augmentations are interesting, including ones that give you Emblems or count as additional characters to boost your traits.
What to choose as an emblem (spatula object)?
Imperial ( + ): With this Emblem you can potentially play 5 Imperials, or remove Talon or Swain from your composition.
Challenger ( + ) : You can upgrade to 6 Challengers more easily with this Emblem, which is very powerful on Heel.
Assassin ( + ) : You can change one of your Challengers (or Samira) in Assassin to increase his damage as well as that of Talon.
You can use any more boilerplate emblem like
Mechanical (Clockwork), Enforcer, Student (Academy) ou Arcanist.
As usual, the Tactician's Crown is always a great option.
Positioning Tips
(Link LoLchess)
Samira : In most scenarios, you want to play her in the third row so she just casts her ranged spell regularly. However, if you have her 3 star with one or two Iron Solari Medallions, you can sometimes play Samira frontline at one end, like Warwick in the picture, to attack multiple champions at once.
Frontline : If you have Iron Solari Medallions, be sure to line up your five champions around them.
Heel : Remember to scout your opponents regularly to have Talon on the same side as their carries.
