It may be interesting to have Rakan rear irelia so he can heal her and apply Redemption's area damage reduction. If you're up against Assassins, or AoE champions like Heimerdinger, Vel'Koz, or Teemo, put it closer to your Soraka.

Always think about the positioning of your Kennan : It targets the champion farthest from it, so put it on the side where it stuns the most people at the same time. Ideally, you want it away from opposing carries so it goes towards them. Conversely, you want Pyke on the same side to stun them.
