The composition Reroll Troublemaker and Canonnier with Tristana and Kennen
With this composition, you want to avoid being too challenged to be able to slow roll at level 6 and find Tristana et 3 stars. The former is your primary DPS, while the latter can stun many enemies. Don't hesitate to play Thresh, Miss Fortune and especially 3 stars also if you find them, continuing to slow roll at level 7 if you already have quite a few copies.
Do not hesitate to sacrifice your board in stage 2 to make a losing streak but maximize your economy, the goal being to arrive with as much gold as possible in stage 3. At the end of the game, you can either play 6 Troublemakers (Hellion), or play 4 Canonniers (Cannonneer) depending on what you find.

Positioning Tips
Try to have your Tristana opposite of the opposing carries so that she jumps on them and can kill them very quickly. If possible, have Kennan on the same side so that he joins her by stunning the opponents in his path, thus protecting Tristana. This also goes for Thresh who can stun an opposing carry.
Often, putting everything in the backline is relevant in this composition since you don't have a real tank: you mainly rely on the respawns of your units Troublemakers to save time for your Tristana, it is therefore interesting to sow chaos on the board by forcing the opponents to move forward.
It also forces your opponents' ranged champions to step forward, allowing Tristana to jump behind a carry and kill it quickly.
