The composition Shaco and Akali with Assassin and Pègre (Syndicate)
The goal of this composition is simple: to get the opposing carries from the start of the fight. Your primary carry in the early/mid game is shaco, which can still be relevant late game if you pass it 3 stars. At this point you also want to play Akali in secondary carry.
This composition becomes much better with a Spatula, for an Emblem or a Increase that allow you to play 7 Pègres (Syndicate). Otherwise, you also have the option to play 6 Assassins.
Unfolding and passages of levels
Since this is a comp where you want 3-star champions, the important thing is to prioritize your economy in the early game, get to a certain level, and “ slow roll , i.e. roll your excess gold above 50 gold every round.
Here usually the rounds in which you want to level up. Those marked with a * are to be preferred if you are in a winning streak so you can play more aggressively.
4 level : Round 2-3 (or 2-1*)
5 level : Round 2-7 (or 2-5*)
6 level : Round 3-2 (or 3-1*)
7 level : Round 4-1 (or 3-5*)
At level 7 you have two options: either you have a lot of gold and HP, in which case you can probably reach level 8 before slow roll to be able to find Akali. Otherwise, you can just slow roll to level 7 to shaco et Echo 3 stars.
Le 9 level is not specially recommended in this composition which prefers to roll at level 8 for Shaco 3 stars and Akali.

Shaco (carry principal)
Shaco is a standard Assassin, dealing physical damage with his attacks and spell. Since he has Underworld to protect him, he can be played in triple offensive items, although defensive objects may also be relevant.

Other Interesting Items
Items for Ekko : Ekko is relevant with utilitarian objects like morellonomicon et frozen heart, but also with a component for Scrap Metal: tear of the goddess ou Wand too big.
Defensive items for Braum : If you have a lot of defensive components, you can give defensive items to Braum.
Magical Power Items for 3-Star Zyra : If when you roll, you quickly find Zyra 3 stars, this one can take magic power items instead of Akali.
Best Hextech Augments
Always try to choose a Hextech Augmentation based on what you need : generally at the beginning of the game it is appropriate to take a generic Augment since you do not yet know what you are going to play, and then you should try to reinforce the strengths of your composition.

- Hextech Augment TFT, what is the list of Set 6 Augments?
Knife's Edge : The additional attack damage is interesting, especially since you can put all your Assassins in the first or second line without difficulty.
Smoke Bomb : The invisibility of your Assassins is very interesting so that they are more difficult to kill.
One for All : The stat bonus for your Underworld is relevant.
payday : Extra gold can allow you to level up faster if you are on a winning streak.
Golden ticket / Trade Sector / High roller : Raises that help you roll are always welcome.
obviously a lot of Hextech Augmentations are interesting, including ones that give you Emblems or count as additional characters to boost your traits.
What to choose as an emblem (spatula object)?
Underworld (Syndicate) ( + ): This emblem allows you to play 7 Underworld at the end of the game, and can go on Echo for example.
Assassin ( + ) : With this emblem you can become 6 Assassins by putting it on Zyra.
You can use any more boilerplate emblem like Bodyguard (Bodyguard).
As usual, the Tactician's Crown is always a great option.
Positioning Tips
(Link)
Shaco et Akali : You want to scout regularly to have Shaco face the opposing carries so that he targets them first. Akali on the other hand can be positioned on the other side, since she projects through enemies and can therefore usually join Shaco.
Echo et Heel : Ekko can be positioned in the middle so that he casts his spell as quickly as possible. Talon can offer a small damage bonus to Shaco if he's nearby.
Other frontline champions : Braum should in most cases be in frontline. However in the late game, against opponents who stack their champions in a corner to block your assassins, you can move your frontline back to force the opposing champions forward.
