The composition Sion and Galio with Imperial and Vedette (Socialite)
If you have a good case Celebrities (Socialite) in the front line you can play Sion in main carry. With magic damage items, he can one-shot a large part of the opposing team, and then you can go home Gallium as a main tank at level 8.
Usually you want to play 3 Imperials (or 5 with Emblem / Augmentation) to increase the damage of your Sion. It is also possible not to play the Featured if the box is not well positioned, in which case you can simply play utility champions.
Unfolding and passage of levels
These are usually the rounds in which you want to level up. Those marked with a * are to be preferred if you are in a winning streak so you can play more aggressively.
4 level : Round 2-3 (or 2-1*)
5 level : Round 2-7 (or 2-5*)
6 level : Round 3-2 (or 3-1*)
7 level : Round 4-1 (or 3-5*)
8 level : Round 5-1 (or 4-5*)
Le 9 level can be a victory condition but is not mandatory in this composition.

Other Interesting Items
Lance de Shojin : This item can give more utility to a champion like seraphine.
Utility objects : Since you don't really have secondary carry in this build, you can make utility items like a Zephyr, for an Shroud of Calming, the Griffe de Banshee...
Best Hextech Augments
Always try to choose a Hextech Augmentation based on what you need : generally at the beginning of the game it is appropriate to take a generic Augment since you do not yet know what you are going to play, and then you should try to reinforce the strengths of your composition.

- Hextech Augment TFT, what is the list of Set 6 Augments?
Armor Plating : This Augment makes your Colossi much more tanky.
Underdogs : Since you are playing Colossi you will often have fewer champions than the opponent, so regeneration is very relevant.
Celestial blessing : Healing based on damage can allow Sion to do without a defensive option.
Duet / Share the Spotlight : Since you are playing 3 Stars, increasing the efficiency of the square(s) is relevant.
Portable Forge : Some Ornn artifacts are very powerful on one of your Colossi.
obviously a lot of Hextech Augmentations are interesting, including ones that give you Emblems or count as additional characters to boost your traits.
What to choose as an emblem (spatula object)?
Imperial ( + ) : This emblem allows you to play 5 Imperials, and can go on Seraphine ou Gallium.
Celebrities (Socialite) : This emblem can allow you to do without Taric.
Assassin : Change Sion in Assassin can give him excellent bonus damage.
You can use any more boilerplate emblem like Bodyguard (Bodyguard), Arcanist ou Protective.
As usual, the Tactician's Crown is always a great option.
Positioning Tips
(Link LoLchess)
Sion : If you have a Star space in the first (or even second) line, you always want to put Sion on it.
Gallium : Try to put Galio in a place where he will be targeted first, so that he casts his spell as quickly as possible.
seraphine : You often want to put Seraphine opposite your main tank or the opposing composition so that she hits as many targets as possible with her spell.
