The Vayne Reroll composition with Rangers
If you find a lot of Vayne in the early game, you should consider this composition reroll. With a strategy of slow roll au 5 level, you should be able to unlock 3 stars, who is then able to inflict massive damage with suitable items.
In this version of the composition, Leona, Thresh et Varus 3 stars are also relevant to play if they come, although you shouldn't try to force them.
When to Play Comp and Victory Conditions
When to play the composition
This composition depends on certain specific conditions to be truly effective. You don't need to meet them all, but try to meet at least one of these conditions:
- You find a lot of Vayne in the early game : If you have 4 or 5 copies of Vayne at the start of Stage 2, you start with a comfortable lead.
- You have interesting components : Vayne requires some very specific items to work, so only consider it if you have at least a Curved Bow and an oversized Wand.
- You are not more than 2 players on the composition : This composition is ideal if you are alone on it, but can be played with 2. However, avoid playing it if you are more than 2.
Top 1 Conditions
You will generally need circumstances going your way to win the game.
- Vayne, Leona, Varus and Thresh 3 stars : Although not absolutely necessary for the functioning of the composition, Varus and Thresh 3 stars offer significant bonuses in the end game.
- Level 9 with 2-Star Legendary Champions : If you can't find a lot of Thresh and Varus, try going to level 9 and playing strong champions instead.

Vayne (carry principal)
Vayne needs very specific objects to function. Most of the time she wants 2 attack speed items and 3rd freer object, offering either damage or defense (against Assassins).
Le Precious Shade Gauntlet especially works because Vayne's spell can crit but is a passive, so she doesn't suffer the backlash from the item.

Other Interesting Items
Zeke's Crest : Since Vayne benefits greatly from attack speed, this item is very relevant (on Kindred ou Varus) to help him further.
Spear of Shojin (shadow or normal) : If you play Luxury, giving him this item allows him to throw a lot of shields.
blue shadow buff : Ryze can cast his spell on a loop with a Blue Shadow Buff once he is below 60% HP.
What to do with a Spatula?
Forgotten (Forgotten) ( + ): This spatula allows you to play 6 Forgotten to boost Vayne's damage.
Repentant (Redeemed) ( + ): With this Spatula, you can have 3 Repentants more easily, or even try to play 6 at the end of the game.
Battleship (Ironclad) ( + ): You can replace Luxury by rell to have 2 Battleships with this spatula.
As usual, the Force of nature is always a great option.

Early game (Stage 2)
Level 3 (2-1)
Your objective at the start of the game is to especially not to buy experience and pass your interest levels as soon as possible. To do so, do not hesitate to sell all of your non-Vayne, Leona, and Thresh units at the beginning of the game if it allows you to move to 10 or 20 gold earlier.
Accordingly, it is recommended to go on a losing streak by being willfully weak, which gives you the carousel priority to have the perfect items on Vayne, but also guarantees you a good economy.
Level 4 (2-3)
keep onwatch other players and buy only your main champions at the start of the game while keeping a big saving. Your goal is to lose your first 5 rounds, but of lose as little HP as possible each time.
Midgame (Stages 3 and 4)
Level 5 (Round 3-2)
When you arrive at round 3-1, you should still be level 4 with at least 50 gold. You then have a choice to make:
- You have at least 6 copies of Vayne : you can roll at this time until you unlock Vayne 3 stars.
- You have less than 6 copies of Vayne : you will have to “slow roll” in Stage 3.
Slow roll consists of roll your excess gold above 50 gold every round, in order to unlock your 3 star champions. In this scenario, stay level 5 during the maximum and buy all the Vayne, Leona, Varus et Thresh that you find.
As soon as you only need 1 or 2 copies of Vayne, don't hesitate to roll below 50 to find the last ones. Once you have 3 stars, and even if you are missing copies of Leona et / ou Varus et Thresh, start to level up.
Level 6 (Round 4-1 at the latest)
And they have round 4-1 you still don't have 3 stars, you have to roll until you find it then pass 6 level. If you unlocked it before, you can level up to 6 round 3-5.
Once you have Vayne (and if possible other champions) 3 stars, you should be in winning streak. It doesn't matter if you lost a lot of HP, you will win most of your rounds from then on. Take advantage of this gold contribution to catch up on XP and level up when you can.
Level 7 (Round 4-5)
You should most often pass level 7 in the middle of Stage 4, allowing you to play 4 Rangers to give a big attack speed boost to your Vayne. If you're up against a lot of magic damage, you can instead play 3 Mystics with Ryze, Luxury et Lulu.
Endgame (Stage 5+)
Level 8 (Round 5-2 or 5-5)
If you had a great economy or were in winning streak at Stage 4, you can mount level 8 and 5-2. Otherwise, wait round 5-5.
You can roll a little, at least the time to find Kindred et Ryze. You will then have a choice to make. You have two options depending on your game state:
- If you have many copies of Varus / Thresh / Leona : You should roll to try to get them 3 stars. They bring a significant bonus to your game, especially since you will not always have time to pass level 9.
- If you already have Varus/Thresh/Leona 3 stars and still plenty of gold : You can try to pass level 9 to play the top 1.
Level 9 (Stage 6)
Au 9 level, you can for example add a taric which gives Verdant (Verdant) and improves your frontline. Against a lot of magic damage, you can add a 4th Mystic with Lulu, or on the contrary against physical damage you can replace Luxury by rell and add Nautilus for Battleship (Ironclad).
Alternatively, you can simply add strong legendary champions such as Thread, Darius or even Kayle.
Positioning Tips
Vayne is relevant to put in a corner, but try not to put it on the same side as Assassins or the opposite of Vel'Koz. Moreover, if you are against Thresh, you can invert its positioning with that of Varus so that she is not stunned by her fate.
Luxury is interesting to contrast with Vayne, so that she sends her shield in her direction and protects her. It also serves as a bait against champions who reach the backline.
You usually want your Leona alone in frontline if she has Gargoyle lithoplastrons and that she is 3 stars. If you also have Thresh 3 stars, you can put it next to it, positioning it on the opposite side of the opposing carry so that it targets it with its spell.
