Teamfight Tactics patch 11.2 brings with it the 4.5 September and 20 new champions as well as several new classes and origins. here is four powerful compositions to try for this beginning of the cycle.
Contrary to usual, these compositions are not necessarily the best, because it is still too early to say precisely, but they remain effective and rather varied.

Compo Murderer (Slayer) with Olaf carry
Olaf is capable of inflicting a lot of damage if you manage to get him the right items (ideally a Ouragan de Runaan, the Deadly blades / Infinite blades and defensive object to finish). It doesn't necessarily need to 6 Murderers to be effective, making this composition very flexible depending on which Chosen you find at level 8 (4 Initiators, 4 Mystics, 6 Murderers...).
If your opponents are positioned on the left, you can move Olaf back one space to prevent him from being targeted first and dying too quickly.

Compo Initiator (Vanguard) / Fable with Neeko carry
If you like long-lasting fights with very tough champions, this new version of the composition Initiator / Mystic is made for you. With neeko in main carry to replace Ahri, your victory condition is usually to pass it 3 stars along with Nautilus. The latter becomes extremely tanky thanks to the damage reduction offered by the bonus Fable.
If your opponents have Assassins, try to protect Neeko as much as possible. Be careful though: if your opponents play Aatrox, avoid putting it directly in the corner.
Compo Executioner (Executioner) / Being divine with Kayle carry
Kayle is an excellent constant DPS, similar to what Ashe could offer in Set 4. It has the advantage of not needing a lot of synergies, making the composition rather flexible according to your elected : you can play 4 Executioners, a frontline ofInitiators, D 'Followers, D 'divine beings... Kayle, however, has specific objects (especially the Ultra-fast cannon), while xayah can act as a secondary carry with what you have left.
Try to position your Xayah so that it hits as many units as possible, positioning yourself on the same side as your opponents if possible.

Compo Mage with Aurelion Sol carry
Aurelion Sol is able to inflict huge area damage with the bonus Mage to fire his laser twice and activate bonus damage. As for Olaf or Kayle, he needs specific objects (the Pistolame hextech and magical power items are excellent) but does not require a lot of synergies. You can thus play a combination of 3 to 7 Magi, with 0, 3 or 6 Dragon Souls, Initiators, Mystics, siphons, Followers...
Position your Aurelion Sol away from the opposing carry as much as possible, as it targets the champion farthest from it with its spell.
