It's not easy to get 6 Shapeshifters, but it's worth the effort. While this comp isn't one to force as it relies on getting Swain, it's an extremely effective option if the stars align.

Shyvana is the main carry of this composition. With the right items, the bonus Dragon which makes her immune to magic damage and guardians which give her a lot of armor, she is able to decimate the opposing team single-handedly.
If she has difficulties, the rest of the team is there to assist her, in particular Swain et Gnar which do significant damage and are also very durable.

Shyvana is a great carry if equipped with the right items. Ideally, the trio Warmog, living armor, Pistolame Hextech et thorny coat is absolutely fearsome, giving him lots of HP, regeneration, and armor.
It is possible to replace Thorny Mail with a 
ghost dancer if you are faced with many Assassins, or the Hextech Gunblade by a 
Ultra-fast cannon against anti-care.
The secondary carry for this team is Swain, and it is formidable with a Guardian angel, since his ultimate continues to function while in stasis. In parallel, a 
morellonomicon and 
Redemption will allow him to inflict more damage and survive longer, the latter of which can also work once the Guardian Angel is activated.
L'Guardian angel is also very useful on Gnar in order to ensure that he can use his ultimate, which serves as an important area control but is also going to make him extremely powerful.
Start of the game and progress
The composition 6 Metamorphs is not to be played in all games, since it requires obtaining Swain and ideally Pantheon also, both legendary and therefore difficult to obtain. However, it is always possible to branch off towards a more classic composition of Shapeshifter / Savage / Sorcerer in the worst case.
The start of the game will almost always consist of a start Wild, with Warwick et Nidalee. To go with them, it is either possible to choose Brawlers, or directly two others Shapeshifters : Elise et Jayce.
In the second case, they may be accompanied by a second Demon (Varus ou Aatrox for example, the latter being able to hold the objects the time to find Shyvana). A Vi is also an interesting choice, offering both the bonus brawler et hextech with Warwick et Jayce.
Once Shyvana unlocked and equipped, the hardest part is finding Swain, keeping aside the others Shapeshifters which will be replaced over time (Elise by Shyvana, Jayce by Gnar) the time to have the 6.
Finally, at the end of the game, you can take a Aurelion Sol before finding Pantheon, although this one is ideal to be paired with Brew ou Leona at level 8 and offer the bonus Dragon et guardian.
Positioning and options at the end of the game
This positioning can be shifted to the side where the majority of the opponents are, your goal being to be as close as possible to the enemy champions at the start of the round so that Shyvana et Gnar transform as quickly as possible. However, beware of Hextechs, even if it means moving Gnar.
As said above, it is always recommended to have an emergency door with this composition when you cannot find Swain, this being usually the build Wild / Wizard with Ahri, Aurelion Sol, Morgana et Warwick.
It is also possible to dispense with guardians, and replace them with a Aurelion Sol (for bonus Dragon) and a second Imperial to boost Swain. Draven is an option to consider if you have good items to equip to him (
Thirst for blood, Ultra-fast cannon).
It is also possible to pick up two more Sauvages (Warwick et Ahri) with the 6 Shapeshifters to boost the attack speed of the whole team, or two more Demons (Evelyn et Aatrox at the head of the line).
