Basic objects can be obtained during rounds against monsters, or during Carousel rounds. They give a bonus in certain stats. When a champion is equipped with two basic items (even if they are the same), these will merge to create a combined object, more powerful and having an additional bonus effect.
La Spatula is a separate item, which is much rarer than the others and combines to create much more powerful items.
